Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer standard delivery within the UK (5-10 working days) at a flat rate of £4.74.

 

We keep a small stock of our clothing ranges to avoid mass production and waste. On occasion, we may need to make your order from scratch if the item is no longer available in our studio. For this reason our delivery is estimated between 5 and 10 working days, with the aim of getting it to you sooner.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from TOH. Products need to be returned in their original condition with all the labels, unworn and in the original packaging to receive a full refund. The amount refunded does not include the cost of delivery to the original delivery address and will be solely based on the purchasing price of the product. The refund will be made to the same means of payment that you originally used to purchase the item. Return postage is not included and is the responsibility of the buyer. To make a return simply email hello@traceyohanlon.co.uk with details of your item and we will get back to you.

 

Return of defective items

If the item that you have received is faulty or damaged in any way please contact hello@traceyohanlon.co.uk to notify us of the problem and we will get back to you.

Exchange policy

If you decide that a TOH item that you have purchased is in the wrong size for you, then you may be able to request a change in its size. Please note that exchanges can only be made for a change in size in the same item; exchanges are not permitted for a change in colour or for alternative items. To make an exchange please contact hello@traceyohanon.co.uk . You will need to present proof of purchase and then return the item in its original condition with all the labels, unworn and in the original packaging to TOH. You must return the item without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from making the exchange request. Once we have received the item you wish to exchange, we will process your new order of the item in its revised size and will aim to send it to you within 10 working days.

Please note that any postage fees involved in exchanging a product are not covered by TOH.
